Sezóna sběru borových výhonků pomalu končí. Naštěstí se nám podařilo nasbírat dostatečné množství této ingredience, a tak jsme zvědaví na výsledky letošní edice Pine IPA. Čerstvě sklizené výhonky byly přidány na konci procesu vaření piva, což nám umožnilo získat jejich plné aroma a chuť. Sladový základ, připomínající zamlžený styl Nové Anglie, harmonizuje s pryskyřičnými a ovocnými tóny chmele. Jedinečná směs odrůd Bru-1 a Eclipse propůjčila pivu aroma sladkého ananasu, citronu a čerstvě řezaných zelených pryskyřičných stromů.

The season of gathering pine shoots is slowly coming to an end. Fortunately, we managed to collect a sufficient amount of this ingredient, so we are curious about the results of this year's Pine IPA edition. The freshly harvested shoots were added towards the end of the brewing process, allowing us to extract their full aroma and flavor. The malt base, reminiscent of a hazy New England style, harmonizes with the resinous and fruity notes from the hops. A unique blend of Bru-1 and Eclipse varieties infused the beer with aromas of sweet pineapple, lemon, and freshly cut green, resinous trees.
